Ordering Opportunities

Wave 1: Sept 12-22 for completion Oct 24.

Wave 2: Oct 24-Nov 3 for completion in early to Mid December. Sublimated hoods on this wave will be completed by Christmas.

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing among the various manufacturers may differ. BAUER Apparel is available to try on at Strauss in Maplewood.

Delivery: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up at Strauss in Maplewood. After stores closes please allow 4 weeks for order completion.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

Online Order and Credit Card Fee: There will be a 6.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card processing fees and the ability to use this platform to collect orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
